This movie is so good I cant even ex plane the plot besides the fact that Loki wants the hammer of invincibility. This movie has the absolute best CG I've seen in years (I haven't watched a movie since 1989). The acting is great, its almost as good as the room. The locations in this movie are also great, we get the see a forest and an alleyway. Honesty Cody deal looks more like the original Thor than Chris hems worth and he uses a sub machine gun. Richard ( I cant say his last name because IMDb doesn't recognize it as a real word and wont let me submit the review) also does a great job as Loki with wight face paint. Him screaming Odin is easily the best movie quote of all time. Their is also a Latino woman that dies of asylum cancer partway through the movie. This is easily the superior Thor movie.

This damn film.. I have never seen people act so lifeless. The guy that plays Loki should get a damn razzy for his crapness. The story is ridiculous, and a third along the way they step over into the human world. With they I mean Thor, a pathetic excuse for a norse God (as are the other gods, especially Loki. Screw that guy). And some slack woman, a Valkyrie I don't remember the name of. I just love Syfy. It's laughingly bad. I just shake my head and laugh to myself these days.. I no longer get upset at bad quality TV by them, as it is pretty much what you expect anyway. 1/10 Absolutely laughably bad

Nowadays we are submerged with great movies. There are so many of them that year after year our standards keep increasing, and we fail to recognize all the effort that is required to produce a good movie. I will resume a few of the ingredients I have identified that, in my humble opinion, are required to make a good movie:1) Script. No good script, no good movie. 2) Good acting. 3) Correct filming, good decor, good CGI (if needed) 4) Good music, used at the appropriate momentsAlmighty Thor fails on almost every count, except for #3. The filming was OK, and it looked like expensive tape was used. The CGI was not convincing but for the overall quality of the movie it exceeded expectations. The acting was just amateurish. "Jarnsaxa" is played by a female who seems to have a rather heavy Latino accent. Strange for a warrior who has been trained by the Valkryies, yeah? Also, some parts of the dialogue are not read out properly. And the script - oh the script - what a disaster!Don't watch this movie unless you want to lose at least 10% of your IQ.

Please, a message from elderly British film critic on this site. Someone in USA please tell me who pays for this sort of total junk movie when times are supposed to be tough? Someone called Cody Deal, running around in his mothers woolly long john's or what appears to be a Primark yellow short skirt plus cardboard hammer is somehow jumping back and forwards in time to do what, is not really clear. With him is some actress who needs to stop now and go and learn how to act and most disappointing a good actor Richard Grieco who spends most of the time walking the streets of god knows where. This total waste of any ones TV licence has also some of the worst CGI i have ever seen, plus one scene lifted from another movie. All i can add is the big bucks summer movie Thor was superb. This crap just defies the fact that for 60 years i have loved fantasy movies. Into the trash can with this, hopefully never to get another showing anywhere and be binned forever.
