chokdee1 What a story of belief and hanging on even at your lowest point. Excellent film!
riseagainst85 As a story, this is a great title. I could not even begin to imagine what this woman went through, she is a very powerful / empowering young lady. As a documentary this was made very poorly. Didn't care for how the story was told or the video game graphics.
tammyannefortuin A very well directed piece of work, and a story for all who need inspiration. Hearing Alison Botha tell her version of events was chilling and sobering. This tale of survival is remarkable. The execution of the film was outstanding, and with its honest portrayal of events on the timeline (especially after the attack), it takes us into the beautiful direction of hope.
Belinda May Blakeman I heard Alison live many years ago when she was in Empangeni doing a talk, what an incredible story, I purchased the book and was hooked, every time I need some inspiration I go back to the book and read it again. This movie is just WOW, it is graphic about what happened it's based on fact. I can not imagine how she survived this attack but the movie allows you to hear Alison talk about what happened in her own words and and connect with all the people that assisted her.Its a must watch!
