amallkhalil One of the best movies I have seen by far, I really wanted a move that is so deep in the brilliance of our universe. But to be understood, people need to be more open and to have more knowledge about so many aspects of our beings. Maybe a lot of people are still in their own limitations that they can't comprehend such Devine explanation for our own inner world and what happens inside of our soul in relevance to what happens outside and How our perception about ourselves matters.

sarahpalmer-26759 This is one of the few books that I can remember from my early childhood, as it is very memorable and very good. Sadly the movie does not live up to the book. Just scene by scene it looks terrible, the cast is terrible, Oprah is a joke. I don't understand that with so many people working on a movie someone can't point out that everything about it is rubbish and change it before it is released. I'm happy they tried to make it, but that's about it.

thekingsdom I've not read the book but as a film on it's own, it's pretty bad. Forget the effects, start with a decent script first. The dialogue is terrible and some of the acting is pretty poor. These two elements combined make for a poor film. Story wise it's meh. Directors...it's all about the script first. Forget all the fancy effects and CGI etc. start with a good story and well written dialogue. That's the most important thing. Next, employ actors who can act and aren't in the film simply because they look good or tick a casting box. At the end of the day, this is just a typical 'by the numbers' Hollywood movie = meh.
