I had heard that this was awful, but nothing could prepare me for what I was about to view. I thought at least it could be "So bad it's good" but alas, no, it's "So bad it's bad" It just seems that part-way through the production they either gave up or didn't know where to take it. The story was peppered with plot holes and an abundance of terrible acting apart from performances from Tom Goodman-Hill, Martin Compston and Craig Conway.I'm not going to ramble on about this film as I think I've wasted too much time on it already.Avoid at all costs!!!

Danny Dyer is getting worse by the minute. He was never an Al Pachino or Denzel Washington, but he was in some decent British movies back in the day that suited his personality/accent. Now he is trying act like he can "act" and staring in films with a budget of like £2.50 does not help either. This film was bad, really bad and half way through I was starting to feel like someone had slipped something into my drink as I had no clue what was going on or where I was. The 3.3 rating it has is ridiculous, it's more like 1.3 and that's only because it gives you a reason to join IMDb and write a review.

Please do not watch this film. I have just wasted what feels like 7 lifetimes of excruciating pain... this is the worst film, if it can be called that, that I have ever endured. It is awful, truly awful. It is so bad, i have created an IMDb account just to warn everyone. AVOID at all costs. By the way, i haven't included a spoiler, there isn't one. There is very little story. I still cannot believe that i sat through the whole thing.it starts off OK, well the first five minutes do. then it seems to fall off the edge of a cliff. if i had asked my 5 year old daughter to come up with a story, I think that she would have made a better job. as you may have guessed, I HATED THIS FILM. If you ignore me and watch it, I think you will hate it too.

Hi, I really enjoyed 7Lives. Looks great, not like a low budget, 1st film. Loved the cast. I am only familiar with Danny Dyer, Kate Ashfield, and Martin Compston. I have seen the Doctor before but I can't place him just yet (I'll check IMDb). All of the other actors were good. I liked the story because it was smart and I couldn't predict what was going to happen, how refreshing. Some movies are unpredictable because the story doesn't make sense or too convoluted but that wasn't the case in this film. I am disappointed that the DVD didn't have a director's audio commentary. I buy/rent dvds of movies I really like and I learn so much from the commentary. Especially how much problem solving is involved in film-making: changing plans due to budget constraints, actors dropping out, limited time to shoot scenes, not being able to use certain equipment, etc. My compliments to you and the cast and crew. I am looking forward to your future work.
