Stella McLaughlin is a young actress/director from Wellington, New Zealand. She founded the film studio 'Four Dollar Films' in 2023, having been directing since she was 13 and acting since she was 6. She is known for her role as Mary/directing the short film 'Bedroom Ceilings' and her role as Izzy/directing the short film 'Curbside'. She is also a passionate dancer, learning hiphop since she was 4 and competing (as well as picking up jazz and contemporary) since she was 11.
